Kurt Brandt’s passion for cigars took him to Costa Rica in 2000, where he became the owner of one of the most prominent and fascinating cigar factories in Central America. At the plant called “Isthmus,” Brandt produced a variety of high-end cigars, including the well-known Sueños, Flor Real, and Chieftain’s.
