Medium-bodied and finishing medium-full, the Fat Fundy takes you on a journey of darker bakery notes, leather, and a touch of salt and sweet spices on the edges. The Fat Fundy pays homage to the Trini from which it was conceived. It is not a Fundadores but it fills our needs as we love its size and the near 90-minute to two-hour journey it delivers.
